You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please whatsapp us on +91 8800156000 to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please whatsapp us at +91 8800156000 with your order number.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sila Atelier and accept Sila Atelier's decision regarding the cancellation.

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
